How to cancel a class?
There may arise circumstances in which organizers find it necessary to cancel a class. This article aims to provide an understanding of the Cancel Class function and the corresponding procedural steps.
It is possible to cancel a class, when there are already entries, but no results published or exported for this class.

Cancellation step-by-step
1. Go to the event page and click on the Dashboard:
- To initiate the cancellation, click on Actions for the class that needs to be cancelled:
- You will be asked to provide the code for the class you wish to cancel (please ensure that this is the correct class, as this action cannot be undone) and indicate the reason for cancellation. Additionally, you have the option to include an internal comment explaining why the competition was cancelled.
- After confirmation of the form, automatically all entries will be unregistered, all paid fees put to returns account, status of the class would be changed to "cancelled" and class will be closed for public registration.
If online entries process is still ongoing returns will be paid out to the participants in 1-2 business days. If event is in Live status or Ended, administrative organiser can initiate returns after results are published. Please note that returns go back to the card used for payment or IBAN associated with initial payment.
