How to cancel an event?
- Event can be cancelled at any time, until there are no results entered. When there are entries with results, ask the Help Desk for solution, if you need to cancel an event.
- Cancellation is not reversible. When cancelled all entries will be unregistered and refunded to riders. You may initiate payout of returns immediately after cancellation from Finances interface or the refunds will be paid out automatically next morning.
To cancel an event, click on Actions button to access the Settings and actions menu of the event. Click on "Cancel show or training" button:
You will be asked to type (or copy) the name of the show to cancel and select a reason for cancellation. When this is done, the button Confirm will become active. After you click on Confirm, the show will be cancelled immediately:
