Setup of products and services under event

To set up a product or service click on "Add product" in Schedule -> Classes and Fees -> Section called "Other services and offers"

General information

  1. Product or service - you will be asked to select the type of product or service. The following types are configured:
  • Cup fees
  • Stabling
  • Electricity
  • Accommodation and food
  • Other
  1. Name of the product or service - add the name. It will be shown in schedule and entry form as well as quoted in the financial reports and proof of payments. Ideally should be unique for the event.
  2. Description - add additional information. Links and text formatting allowed. Will be shown in schedule and in entry form.
  3. Earlier registration end date - specify a date, when sales / bookings of product should be terminated. Specify only, if date is different from the end date of the online entries.

Fees and payments

  • Administrative organiser can specify products and services that can be booked or purchased by athlete, when registering to a show. Products or services may include boxes, electricity, accommodation, as well as cup fees, veterinary services or any other services administrative organiser would like to sell or allow for booking. 


  • There are several options for payment conditions: 
    • product / service is added as text for information, for example, that there will be a possibility to purchase a hay on spot or an accommodation available for booking from a hotel nearby; 
    • product / service can be booked together with entries to a show, but payments will be done in show office / offline. When this option is used no online payments are collected for bookings and organiser can get the summary of bookings either from products list in Equibel or from Equipe APP or other scoring system (if scoring system integration allow product lists management). In Equipe APP, the prices for products and bookings will be sent allowing organiser to use the Equipe APP economy for managing the payments. 

    • product / service can be booked and paid online through Equibel. If this option is used all products / services bookings should be prepaid together with classes fees. Organiser will get a list of bookings either from the products list in Equibel or from Equipe APP or other scoring system.

      Please note: 

      All cancellations and adding new bookings could be done either in Equibel or in Equipe APP. There is data import from Equipe APP to Equibel and possibility to sync the changes in bookings if changes are done in Equibel.



  • For product / service that should be prepaid online, when registering for a show, it is possible to specify: 
    • Booking fee and base price (these components will be summed up for a final price). Please select the payment scheme "Full price paid online, booking fee is non-refundable". When selected and booking price specified, in case of cancellation of bookings after the deadline for online entries, the rider would get the base price refunded and booking fee will stay for administrative organiser. 
    • Only base price. Please select the payment scheme "Full price paid online, price is non-refundable". When selected, in case of cancellations of bookings after the deadline for online entries, the organiser can keep the whole price, there is no obligation to refund. 

Booking settings


  1. Max number of products - if the number of products is limited, specify the max quantity. For example, you might have only 50 boxes available for booking or only limited number of tickets available for riders´ party. When the max number gets reached, the sales / bookings of product will be terminated. Like with entries, if payment is expected online, the product is considered as confirmed only after payment is done. For products that should be paid offline, the booking is confirmed immediately.
  2. Limit purchase per registration - registration is an athlete/horse combination or an equipage (in Driving). When a limit is set up, this will mean that there will be a limit of allowed entries per athlete/horse combination. For example, if a cup fee is set to 1 per registration, only 1 cup fee can be booked and paid.


Ask for additional information


  • For each product /service, it is possible to set up one or several custom questions or selections that will be offered to rider, when booking this product or service. This can be a question, for example, the number plate of a car for booking electricity or a checkbox with a single or multiple choices. There are also options to use dropdowns with a single or multiple choice. The feature works very similar to the form builders for surveys. As soon as additional fields are configured, the riders would see the fields in their entry forms and can start filling in the information requested after they selected the product. 


  • In the add/ edit product form click on "Ask for additional information" and then Add button: 



NB! You can delete and edit the questions before there are at least one booking.

  • Answers and bookings will be accessible for administrative organizer from the Products list and excel / csv. import files for products.
