Import entries from Equibel to Equipe APP
The export of entries should be performed once the online period for entries in Equibel has finished.
- In Equipe APP, you do not need to create an event or competitions yourself, all information will be exported automatically from Equibel, including some event details, all competitions, products´ lists (if any set up), athletes, horses and athletes´ clubs, also notes for the entries.
- When online payments are used, we do not send classes fees data to Equipe APP. All classes related transactions are done in Equibel and receipts issued through the Equibel system. You do not need to track the payments for entries in Equipe APP. Do the changes of classes, add new starts etc as usually, the payables will be recalculated automatically in Equibel, when results are exported.
- For products and services there are two options: 1. for prepaid products and services (online payments are used), no information on fees will be sent to Equipe APP. 2. For booking only products and services, information on fees will be sent to Equipe App and Equipe APP can be used for tracking the paid / not paid products and issuing the receipts.
Steps to import entries to Equipe APP
Step 1: Access Equipe APP by clicking on Equipe button either on event page or your organisation´s page. Equipe APP will open in another tab or window.
Step 2: In Equipe APP, click on "New show" -> Select organizer (if you have access to several organisations), add name and create a show.
Step 3: You will be redirected to the empty show page. Click on File -> KBRSF -> Import entries
Step 4: Choose event from the list of events. You will be offered only the recent events (start date is within couple of weeks) of the organizer selected:
Step 5: All competitions, athletes, horses, clubs and entries will be imported and you may commence preparation of the starting lists.
