Add extra information, officials and documents to event
For every event, it is possible to add additional information to riders, add officials and documents.
Click on the respective tabs - General Provisions, Documents, Contacts and Officials - next to the Classes and Fees (Schedule tab):
General Provisions (Extra info)
- Click on General Provisions tab and Edit button -> Select the Category of information you would like to add.
- For some categories, there might be templates specified by Leagues or Federation to simplify the editing of the texts. Templates can be specified for each Discipline and Competition level.

Documents
- Upload documents by clicking on Documents tab. Click on "Document upload field -> select file to upload -> click on "Upload document" button to add selected document.
- You may add multiple documents.
- If there are no results in electronic format, add protocol with results here.
- Click on Delete button to Delete uploaded document.
Officials
- Add officials by clicking on the Contacts and Officials tab and then the Add button.
- You will be prompted to select a role in the event, such as judge, steward, veterinarian, and choose a person for that role. You can search for officials using either the official's name or license number.
- For certain roles, there may be restrictions in place. For example, only individuals with specific authorization, such as judges' or stewards' certificates, can be selected.
- To remove selected official, click on delete button next to the official´s name.
- Officials will be synced to the scoring systems via API and can be selected, when setting up a Dressage or Eventing competition.
- From scoring systems, officials can also synced back to Equibel via an API and added to the competitions, where they were officiating.
