Regional, communautaire and national entries

  • You can register to an equestrian show online via Equibel only when the show is open for online entries. If the show's status is "closed for entries" or "LIVE," please contact the administrative authority to make late entries, withdraw, or make any other changes. Begin by logging in and searching for a show in the Calendar.
  • Typically, all entries and other bookings should be paid in advance unless otherwise specified in the schedule. You will be directed to your shopping basket to complete the payment. Your place at the show is confirmed only after the payment is completed.
  • You have time to pay and/or modify already paid entries until the closing date for online entries. All unpaid entries will be unregistered at 00:01 the next day after the closing date. If you decide to postpone payment for entries, please check the maximum limits set up by the administrative authority. You risk losing your spot if the event or the class you have selected is highly popular. Entry is not considered final until it is paid!
  • If you have any overdue payments in your shopping basket, such as invoices, you will not be able to pay for new entries.
  • Money paid into the show can be used to cover the costs of changing classes, changing horses, etc., within this show. When changing classes or horses, do not forget to confirm the shopping basket to authorize the use of returns to cover the costs of new entries.
  • Offline/late entries can also be paid online, unless you have made alternative arrangements with the administrative authority.
  • If you cancel your entries before the closing date, full amount of paid fees will be refunded. Refund is initiated next morning after the date of cancellation. Regularly it takes 4-5 business days for the refund to reach the account from where it was paid.
