Upload results from csv. file in TREC
To use the option to upload results from csv. file in TREC, please use the template provided via export entries file in Masterlist and add the following columns with the results value that should be recorded:
| entry.id | Compulsory. Is a technical ID for entry. Can be used to match entry already existing in Masterlist. Do not change entry id-s in results file comparing to Masterlist export. |
| event.referenceCode | Compulsory. Unique ID of the event. Will be used to check, if event, where results are being uploaded is the correct event. |
| competition.code | Compulsory. Alphanumeric code of a competition, where results should be added under event. Unique in event. For example, 1, 2, 2b, 3 etc. Csv. file may include results to several competitions. |
| athlete.identifier | Compulsory. Identifier (licence number) of athlete. The check will be done, if value exists in the database. Do not change athlete´s identifier in csv. file comparing to the Masterlist export. If athlete should be changed, use function Change athlete. |
| horse.identifier | Compulsory. Identifier (immatriculation number) of a horse. The check will be done, if value exists in the database. Do not change horse´s identifier in csv. file comparing to the Masterlist export. If horse should be changed, use function Change horse. |
| entry.team | Name of a team, administrator can change names in csv., team.name is used to import team results from columns: team.ranking.final and team.total.score There are several logical checks, including the that team name should exist for entry, if entry has team result. Double check that spelling of team names are correct for entries, including capital letters and spaces. |
| result.status | Leave blank if entry has been participated and has result. Other possible code for statuses: withdrawn = Withdrawn (Afgemeld, Retiré) no_show = No show unpaid = Unpaid withdrawal (Onbetaalde afmelding, Retrait non remboursé) changed = Changed (Gewijzigd, Modifié) voided = (Vervallen, Disqualifié) |
| ranking.final | Rank of the combination for individual result. |
| prize.money.total | Prize money of the combination for individual result. |
| total.score | Total score of the combination. Can be negative or positive number. |
| score.POR | Score for POR part of competition. |
| resolution.POR | Status of POR part of competition, if not positive (finished). Leave blank, if finished, or specify the negative outcome using the following codes: RET - retired EL - eliminated WD - withdrawn DSQ - disqualified FTQ - failed to qualify (used when negative outcome achieved in some previous part of competition) |
| score.MA | Score for MA part of competition. |
| resolution.MA | Status of MA part of competition, if not positive (finished). Leave blank, if finished, or specify the negative outcome using the following codes: RET - retired EL - eliminated WD - withdrawn DSQ - disqualified FTQ - failed to qualify (used when negative outcome achieved in some previous part of competition) |
| score.PTV | Score for PTV part of competition. |
| resolution.PTV | Status of PTV part of competition, if not positive (finished). Leave blank, if finished, or specify the negative outcome using the following codes: RET - retired EL - eliminated WD - withdrawn DSQ - disqualified FTQ - failed to qualify (used when negative outcome achieved in some previous part of competition) |
| team.ranking.final | Rank for the team, where the entry belongs. Can be different from individual result. |
| team.total.score | Total score for the team, where the entry belongs. Can be different from individual result. |
