FEI entry
- For Jumping, Dressage, Eventing, Endurance, and Driving, Equibel is integrated with the FEI Entry System. For these disciplines, all actions taken to enter, such as submitting a candidacy, deleting, or withdrawing, are automatically synchronized with the FEI system.
- For other disciplines, candidacies are also expected to be submitted via Equibel, but there is no automatic synchronization with the international entry systems for these disciplines.
- To submit an FEI entry, please check the schedule and participation conditions. Conditions may vary depending on the discipline, event, and category of athletes.
- For FEI events, both athletes and horses should have an FEI ID entered into the Equibel database. If you do not have FEI IDs for yourself or your horse, please contact the National Federation to obtain them.
- Please ensure that your horse has an FEI identification document and that all required information, including scans of the national passport, has been submitted and approved in the FEI database.
- For Jumping, it is possible to submit a candidacy without specifying a horse (with a horse slot). However, please note that if your candidacy is accepted for participation with a horse slot, you are obliged to enter the horse as soon as possible.
- Upon submission of the candidacy entry, it will undergo a thorough review process conducted by the National Federation administrator. Additionally, in certain cases, the Chef d'Equipe of the respective discipline will also participate in the evaluation. It is important to note that not all candidacies successfully pass the validation process of the National Federation. Some candidacies may be rejected or placed on the reserve list. Should such an event occur, you will receive a notification via email. To monitor the status of all your entries, access your profile and navigate to the Upcoming tab.
- In the discipline of Jumping, the synchronization of entries between the Invitations System and Equibel will be accomplished subsequent to the allocation of quotas. Should your wish be accepted, the corresponding entry will be visible under your Equibel profile. This will occur once the accepted entries have been added to the FEI Entry System.
- Upon the acceptance of your entries, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In the case of Jumping, the confirmation letter will be send out to you via the FEI Invitations System. For other disciplines, the confirmation letter will be sent through Equibel.
- It is important to be aware that an administrative fee is applicable for definite international entries. Furthermore, the Federation levies additional fees for offline entry submissions and the provision of entry management assistance. All international entries and activities pertaining to entries are invoiced subsequent to the publication of results. The invoice will be added to the shopping basket of the user who is responsible for the entries. For a comprehensive understanding of the associated costs, please consult the price list available on the Federation's official website.
