How to delete or withdraw an FEI entry?

  • In Equibel, athletes have the ability to delete or withdraw an FEI entry using the self-service feature.
  • Athletes can delete candidacy entries or withdraw entries that are awaiting the OC decision and accepted entries.
  • Deletion and withdrawal actions are not reversible. If an entry is deleted, it will also be removed from the FEI entry System. If an entry is withdrawn, it will be automatically withdrawn from the FEI entry system.
  • Deletion or withdrawal actions are free of charge in Equibel. It is important to note that for late withdrawals, additional fees may be imposed by the Organizing Committee.
  • If an entry was mistakenly deleted or withdrawn, athletes can add a new entry with the same horse for the same event. In cases where the event is already closed for online entries, athletes should contact the FEI National Federation administrator and request a manual correction of their action.
