Add and change notes for FEI entry
- In Equibel and FEI Entry System, notes are used to communicate additional information to different parties.
- There are two types of notes that can be added to an entry. First, an athlete note to the FEI show organizer (OC). Second, a note to the National Federation.
- The note to the FEI show organizer (OC) should be in English and will be passed over to the FEI Entry System when a candidacy is submitted for acceptance. The note to the OC can include bookings of electricity or wishes regarding the box for a horse. Please be aware that the OC is not obliged to reply or satisfy your requests. Before leaving a note, check the Schedule to see if the OC has specified any special conditions for communication or requests.
- The note to the National Federation will stay in Equibel and will not be forwarded to any external party. It can be written in English, Dutch, French, or German.
- The note to the National Federation can be added when the entry is submitted as a candidacy for review by the National Federation.
- The note to the OC can also be submitted during the entry process, but it can also be modified when the entry is under review.
- To check notes and edit notes to the OC, go to your Profile -> Upcoming tab and click on Actions for your entry to modify a note to the OC.
